I’m completing my engineering degree in Data Science & AI at TEK‑UP University. I enjoy connecting data analysis, machine learning and software to answer practical questions.

My internships so far cover Revenue Assurance analysis at Tunisie Telecom, software development at Keystone Groupe and a blockchain and IoT energy platform at Be Wireless Solutions.

Challenge
Support Revenue Assurance analysis by structuring information from complaint emails and surfacing unusual cases for review.
My contribution
Built an extraction and validation pipeline for key fields from emails, queried business data in SQL/Oracle to examine anomalies, and explored a retrieval-augmented workflow to assist analyst decisions.
